The admins don't block the mail function without a good reason. I have a member with blocked mail function too in my dynasty. I know this is supposed to be in the ABUSE section but the owner of Worldwide Gamers is wondering why this spammer cannot be trusted with the mail feature, so I am replying in this topic instead.
