The problem also could be is that your link is not much of a game, it is a link to a video, so that could be the reason it is not allowed. Unfortunately I cannot actually find a rule against non game links. I imagine non game links are generally not allowed due to the difficulty in monitoring their content. There is however, a rule against link spam. Which will work against you in your appeal for the allowance of your link to the site.
