first of all i just want to check something, what is the reset time, metalteo said somewhere that reset is at 7am server time, i came on after this, did about 200 links, then came back half an hour later and another 150 links appeared (both times in dynasty)

and what is the server time +0200, the server time isn't 2 hours ahead of gmt it's only one...
is it gmt+0200 or is it uct or utc or something like that?

Yes, the reset time for links is 7 am server time. My guess is that what happened is that people that ran out of credits clicked the new links in the half hour and all of their links became available to you.

Actually, the server time is 2 hours ahead of GMT. I think the confusion arises because the UK is currently on Daylight Saving Time which is 1 hour ahead of GMT.

possibly... does only the uk do daylight saving?

The US does it too. A few other places as well.

Yes, not all countries have Daylight Saving Time and they don't all change on the same day.

Probably France.

But it doesn't matter exactly which country, as it has been said many times that the server time is GMT+2, which is Central European Summer Time, and is the time in the vast majority of Europe from Spain to Poland to Italy and everywhere in between.
