I had discussed recently with my dear mobster shumadija the contest that he made while we were #2 and we reached the conclusion that it would be a good idea to bring it back, but of course it won't be called phoenix contest now, since we took place 1. A big thank you to that goes to shumadija who spent a lot of credits. Thank you,shumadija, your efforts are greatly appreciated. Now, for the new contest, we agreed with him that the new rules can be changed like that : 1) Do more than 450 clicks 2) Be with average under 250 Result : Grab 150 credits Leader : ThePriest Made a schedule for the sponsors like this Monday : Cheryl, albacyty Tuesday : shakymon, ThePriest Wednesday : bleudenim290008, los-gangstas Thursday : Cheryl, albacyty Friday : shakymon, ThePriest Saturday : bleudenim290008, los-gangstas Sunday : DemonicJ Additional sponsor : zvonimir After the results for every day is announced from the Leader, half of the credits are transfered from one of the sponsors, and the other half from the other sponsor. Credits are transfered directly to me. If on Sunday, there were too many prizes sent, we help DemonicJ with the credits. Additional information about the sponsors : People that sponsor Monday will transfer credits on Tuesday (when the winners from Monday are announced). Analogicly for Tuesday, Wednesday, etc... Sorry that I didn't explain that clearly earlier. I will be sending friendly reminders to the sponsors via the mail function with the exact ammount of credits needed, so you don't need to worry about comming here regularly. I will sponsor some, but I am unable to run them. I am all for contests to motivate our people. I am also able to sponsor some, just let me know who the leader is and who to send the credits to. Thanks to all the sponsors that are willing to participate. I decided to take the leader's place, because it will not be that hard to keep track of the results. I know the system for transfering credits is not very flexible and requires attention from the sponsor that are responsible for the day. Contest starts from MONDAY, 25th. 1) Members must have average under 250 2) Members must click 450 dynasty clicks =====> 150 credits transfered to each This means that if someone new comes here, and clicks from when he is with 0 average to above 250, he could win around 900 credits for a week. If i notice that the contest is too costly for the sponsors, i am reducing the prize to 100 credits. For Monday, Cheryl and shumadija are sponsors. Around 11-12 server time on Tuesday, I will write in this topic the winners and the total ammounts of credits transfered and each of them should cover half of it. Example : 4 people with dynasty average under 250 clicked 450 dynasty links, in total there are 600 credits transfered. Cheryl transfers 300, shumadija transfers 300. Transfers are made directly to me. You guys can follow the schedule that I make, but if someone forgot to take a look, i will send a friendly annoying mail reminder
Any questions mobsters? P.S. Additional sponsors are those, that will transfer money to the first sponsors, if they have transfered big ammounts of credits to the winners. I just joined the night before last (and got accepted yesterday morning). My avg was 5 and I made over 500 clicks yesterday so I think that would qualify me for it. If the contest is over though it's fine. I just figured it was worth a try for free credits since I want to get up as many credits as I can so that I can put more links up. As long as I can keep finding links to click, then I'll be able to keep up at my current rate. I've made almost 250 dynasty clicks so far, so I should be able to reach 500 again today. I've shut off my links to non-dynasty members so that I can manage to keep more links up for others in the dynasty to click also.
Ladywizard - Sat Aug 30, 2008 1:53 am Well I'm just going by what I've personally witnessed... had both boxes cleared from limit hit and it was still eating credits forcing me to delete links ardatia - Sat Aug 30, 2008 2:55 am Ladywizard, from my understanding, even if you uncheck the boxes your links will still show up in the history. That is most likely why you were still getting clicks. I did purchase some credits today and got my blue star.:) Hopefully now I can have more links listed for a bit each day as soon as I get home from work in the evenings. I'll definitely get there tomorrow since I'm at 292 right now and have gotten almost 450 clicks for today.:D I've clicked close to 450 clicks every day except for 1 since starting on the site just over a week ago. Hopefully that will continue for a long time to come. EDIT: I did want to point out that if I don't happen to get any clicks tomorrow it will be because Tropical Storm (or maybe Hurricane) Hanna has knocked my electricity out. If all goes well nothing major will happen and it won't even be bad enough to produce any tornadoes in the area.
