I assume when talking about the bar, you do mean the frame. Myminicity links are frame breakers and can not be opened inside a frame. Do the MMC pages from other users load for you, because after the lnk has been clicked and loaded, the link will disappear after it has been clicked. But you need to refresh the page for all links to disappear or else they only grey out. When links stay on the page after you refreshed it, the click didn't load and wasn't counted.
