Is this a temporary limit, or is this going to be the limit from now on? It's a bummer if it's the limit from now on.

Fantastic! You guys do a great job, and even though hiccups happen, you guys are quick to try to remedy them. Hiccups happen everywhere, it's a fact of computer life.
