Post subject: Outwar Link not working.
Hey, I am new tot this community. I have a question about outwar links.

[Q]Why did 17 people click my outwar link (@ torax server), but didn't I receive any click???

I searched for an answer to my question on this forum, and I found an answer, but it doesn't sound realistic to me...

Topic link (post #3 by eaglecorn):

If this answer is true, why are people still using this to get outwar clicks? Or are there outwar dynasties?

Can someone tell me more?

Thanks!

I click EVERY link thats available to click and outwar ones hardly ever work for me anymore. I think it has a really dodgy limit to the amount of times you can click on outwar links in general. So when I hit someones outwar link and it fails I give them a credit back (sorry guys sometimes I miss whose link I've clicked though but in general I save them to last). It's all I can do until the problem is sorted out!

If indeed its a problem! I read the thread you were on about and I don't play outwar and the clicks do indeed go through sometimes so it has nothing to do with being logged into outwar any more. That was an old thread and they've probably since changed their policy on external clicks for outwar.

Sorry I can't be any more help :(

outwar has fixed that the problem in that topic, but now the problem is outwars click limit. There's a lot more ow links on the site, so a lot of clicks don't count. If only Yarold comes back and fix a bug with click limit on this site.

so when you only have 1 link, and its an outwar link, it is nearly useless to spend your time clicking links, because you nearly get nothing in return...

EDIT: I just received the error on outwar you were talking about:
ERROR: You have exceeded your clicks for today. You can click more outwar links tommorow.

If you show your link when OW resets, (12am EST) and when yarolds resets (1am EST) u will get decent enough amount of clicks...other than that, u do get rewarded with credits and u can raise ur dynasty ave/day up, which is always good. and gets ur link noticed more

Outwar used to have it so each user could click 10 links a day then they changed it since it was being abused to making it so you can only click 3 a day (and get people click credit) after that you'll get the clicks exceeded thing, so while it is eating up your credits it stinks but this was done to discourage the auto clickers that were huge in the mid teen rounds of Outwar.

What is it with Outwar that now they have started putting pop-up's in when you click? I will get like 3 or 4 popup's at one time and then it will go 2 or 3 without any then get 3 or 4 more. I also stop clicking on all of the outwar links once I have reached the limit. I didn't notice the limit at first , then I started noticing the error.

Get Firefox. That should block any of Outwar's Pop-ups, if not then you should get a scan for adware.
