i have clicked on a belink me link and it says i can not click for another 7 mins and 45 seconds

now i have to wait 13 mins before clicking it again

I thought that belikeme links were no longer permitted due to abuse...

I have still been getting them no many tho but a veiw maybe thatts why the timer is messed up
