I believe that its my ISP! its not a proxy, my ISP is ran in two IPs, the one I bought, and emergency one, if the first is not working for some reason. Anyone, plz help lol? If you are on a college campus or something like that, forget about it lol... Since I don't know an insane amount about this crap, Id' just recommend that you call your ISP and ask. If they're going to be annoying to you, then by all means, call and annoy them, they actually get paid to listen to ya...so make um earn it
