i just helped a TDoT player with same problem...seems it was his internet server. Once he switched back to his old one, he was fine. I can get more details tomorrow if you still have trouble.

I don't know what's causing this problem. You have to wait till Yarold has the time to look in to this, but he seems to be very busy right now.

Me and my friend are having the same problem getting the forbidden error.

My friend has been getting it for 2 or 3 weeks now.

Just tonight I got it, I was getting an extremely slow internet connection with my ISP so I used one of their alternate dial up numbers and Yarolds then gave me the error, I changed back to the first dial up number and Yarolds worked again, so I switched back and forth a few times just to check it out, Yarold gave the error every time I tried the alternate dial up number but worked fine if I switched back to the other number.

So I am thinking that for some reason the server is set to stop certain ISPs/IPs from accessing it.

Any Ideas?
My friend would really like to be able to start clicking again.

This will happen when the I.P. is server banned.

Just try to use a banned proxy and you'll see.

But how can he use Yarolds at all if the whole ISPs IP has been banned?
Can he use a proxy? I thought Proxies were not allowed.

I think the proxie remark was a joke ... Proxies are NOT allowed.

My understanding cause i have a friend here sort of explaining this...is that you hook to internet on a server...mine being sympaticao...then to yarold...which is on it's own server...there could be many other servers in between...so

change browser ... try that :) IE or firefox or one of a dozen others that may route through differant servers. Maybe??
