Links with negative credits were still showing in history and dynasty exchange, but this has been corrected now. Nothing much has really changed here and there's no reason to whine about. Instead of users being allowed to go into 50 negative credits, they now can't have their link clicked without credits. They can click from main page to get out of the hole 
Thanx for fixing the problem  and I think it is not too strict...I have read how angry everyone gets to log on and see that they are -50+ credits...this eliminates that problem...
